Consumer’ Choice Award (CCA) is one of Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara (MTPN) programmes to identifying and promoting business that exemplify superior customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Our goal is to help consumers across Malaysia make a better purchase decisions. According to a study conducted by the National Consumer Action Council, most consumers have problems with traders who do not meet their needs and satisfaction and no one defends their rights as a consumer. So, having such a program can do a lot to help users choose the best.
